So I fed Marshall for the second time since I've owned him. It was great! Almost as soon as I offered the mouse he strikes!

Just a quick question- fuzzy mice still have their eyes closed right? Because the mouse the store gave to me today was jumping like crazy and eyes were fully open. Is this a fuzzy or small mouse?

It may be considered a hopper, but as long as the weight of the mouse is 10-15% of the weight of Marshall, then it's fine.

Yes I didn't exactly get a chance to weigh it because it was so active and would not stay still, much more active than the last mouse I got! Also, when should I try switching to f/t? He was originally on f/t but I had given him live as he did not accept f/t. He's now had two live, should I give frozen next time?

Yeah. Get a frozen the next time and try it out, and if he doesn't take it, the next day go and buy a live

Some snakes have to be really hungry to try for a live, so when he goes into shed, that may be a good time to feed f/t because many snakes don't eat while they're in shed. So once he's done with shedding, try f/t because he may be hungrier

    Sounds like a plan!
