    Belly Burn or...? (pics)
We have 4 BPs and they are kept in a rack system. We keep the day time temp at 87ºF and at night its 85ºF the thermometer says 88ºF on the hot spot at night, I don't know about during the day for the hot spot. One of our BPs has burrowed and moved his substrate and lays directly on the plastic. He has a slight pink tone on his belly I don't think he's shedding but I could be wrong. He also has a couple of spots on his belly where the scales look flaky... I'll post pictures in a minute, but it's really hard to tell due to the phones quality. I'm going to keep monitoring him to see if he goes into blue or if he gets a darker pink. If it is the beginning stages of a burn I will take him to the vet, on average, how much does this trip cost?

Your pics aren't showing up, at least on my end, but I will bet most likely he is going to shed..give him a few days :gj:

Okay, I'm just making sure because he hasn't shed since we got him but it looks like he has had pretty bad sheds, he has an eye cap left on and some spots where his previous shed stayed on. He also has one spot in his belly where it's a flakey spot and looks it feels really rough. Better safe than sorry so I asked [emoji4]

Yup pink belly shedding indication, time to kick up the humidity especially where you said the last shed was bad. I use aspen bedding so once I spot pink belly or in blue I start spraying the tub with a mister till they shed. I've had perfect sheds every time since switching to this method.

Just like everyone above said, clear cut pink belly. Shed on the way.
