    Monty shed in like 30 pieces and his eyes didn't turn blue first is that a problem?(it was his first and only shed so far)

    dang.. yeah the first one can be rough. This one sounds specifically like a humidity problem. What is your humidity at? What types of gauges do you use to measure it? What type of enclosure is your snake in? Just some questions to help narrow down and target the exact problem. :)

    Your bp's first shed with you has more to do with the previous husbandry and not as much yours. Make sure your humidity is good, and that he got all the shed off and you should be good to go for the next time.

    What about this, Kitty's eyes were fine immediatly after his shed, and a week later one looked all dry, like a retained eyecap, except I had checked the shed and it had come off. What do you think is up?

    I thought maybe, though I cann't figure out why, the humidity is right. Should I add electrolytes to his bowl. The eyecap is not dented, it is dry and scratchy looking
