    Woodlice/Springtails in a Crestie Viv?
    Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if any of you have introduced either woodlice or springtails to your vivs to help clean the soil and deal with degrading plant matter and any excrement from the Gecko itself?

I've heard of a lot of people doing this, and there seem to be no real downsides, if the Gecko eats the woodlice it is good for them, a Ca/P ration of 12/1, and the woodlice are apparently really good cleaners!

So, how many do you add at a time? And are they fast breeders?

    Thanks in advance.

Quite an interesting read about it.

I have been researching this for my lizards cages as well, there really doesn't seem to be much info on how many to add at a time etc. I was going to start off with a deli cup of springtails and see how it goes from there. Easier to add than subtract.
