    Weight gain SO HAPPY!
When I brought my little albino female, Juno, home she was 57g at 2 months old, I was very worried about her. Her backbone was showing and she had no tone. Today after owning her for 8 weeks she weighed 117g empty!!!!! I am so happy! [emoji7][emoji322][emoji323][emoji350]. I am now feeding her live rat chubs every 4 days. She is in shed, I can see where it is coming loose around her lips. It was really hard to distinguish the blue in her eyes. They just looked cloudy and are starting to clear up, so hopefully not long now. [emoji216][emoji216][emoji216]

Juno's weight gain on a chart. I love the Time2Feed app. Planning feeding live tomorrow to encourage her feeding drive. Does anyone else who feeds f/t change it up occasionally to live to stimulate them? Is this a good idea? I've been doing it with my 8 month old normal because she doesn't strike f/t, just investigates carefully, then eats it.

I never switch between live and f/t rats. I just feed all frozen. Buying individual live rats would be expensive and I had to convert two of my snakes from eating live to f/t so I wouldn't want them to revert back to eating live. It's just easier for me to feed everyone f/t and more cost effective :)

I understand your excitement, They look so fragile at first. Kaa was 76g when I got him and also dehydrated pretty badly. He just hit 100g and it was such a relief. I'd still like to see him beef up a bit so I'm on a 4 day schedule, but I feel a little better knowing he's gaining. Glad to hear you are getting positive results. Good luck!
