    Buying frozen mice/rats online
Does anyone know of a good clean place that has good healthy mice that I can trust ordering them online?
I'm picky on the quality my Python gets.

Use the search bar. You will find a ton of threads about different companies. There are many options out there.

I used RodentPro before I found a local breeder and never had an issue. I just made sure to order a whole box to make the cost of shipping worth it. Finding BulkMice here local has been great and saved me a lot since I don't have to pay shipping any more.

If you check out RodentPro sign up for their emails and you will get coupons and notifications of Hot Deals when they put different things on sale.

I second the information on RodentPro. I just ordered 50 frozen rat pups from them and got a Cyber Monday deal. I paid $25 flat rate shipping and only paid $54 total for my order. The rats are clean and were well packed.

Thank you just looking to get a better deal than the pet store here they charge 1.99 per frozen small mouse plus tax. I need to get a scale for her is what I need so I know what size I need to order. She's almost a year old. I do small size adult mice from the pet store here but I know every place differs on size probably. Cause when I get mine at the pet store I pick them out and some of them are little bigger than others.

Another thing is it true rats make ball pythons grow faster?

One small mouse per feed? My 8 month old has been on weanling rats since she was 6 months. When she was two small for weanling rats and too big for mice I fed her 2 large mice a week. How much does yours weigh?

When I bought her from that pet store they told me she was on fuzzy mice cause she was a hatching so I kept her on that awhile and then bumped her up to a small adult size mouse every week. Ive had her about 10 months never had a scale. I was going to get one of those scales at Walmart but wasn't sure if they would read grams or not. So I don't even have a scale still yet.

I feed prey the size of an adult mouse to snakes that are a month out of the egg. They're up to the same size as 2 adult mice in 3 months. You may want to consider switching to rats or at some point your snake might display signs of being underfed such as being snappy, skinny, dehydrated.

You can buy/order a food scale from Bed, Bath and Beyond (you can get a 20% off coupon online, too).

This is the one I have. It works great and measures in grams, oz etc. I just put a bowl on it, zero it out, put the snake in and voila!

Now I feel really bad I was letting the pet store decide what size food I should get her.

Here's a picture I just took today of her body size so you have a idea just from the pic.
