She has been pairing since July and hasn't eaten for the past month. Today.... http://i1161.photobucket.com/albums/...pspdm6ljlp.jpg
If she hasn't been this big already since you started pairing, it would be an ovi.
Can we get a look at her tail? Also if it lasts longer than 24 hours it will likely be a huge build. I have a female who fools me every year with those.
looks like ovi
today when I got home from work, she had crammed herself into her water dish to soak herself. Is this normal?
Probably just building if she is in her water bowl. Normally they will not move off of the heat after they ovy. John
The easiest way to tell if your snake is in ovulation is the tail suck
If it was an ovi it is over. I never checked her tail 😞 she is currently in her hot side and only left to soak herself
It looks a bit like an Ov, but to play it safe I'd still try to pair her.
This was her last night. Her mid section was large and bulging. I didn't notice a tail suck but when I lifted her up it looked like she had eaten a huge meal. http://i1161.photobucket.com/albums/...psktcfg8mu.jpg http://i1161.photobucket.com/albums/...pshp47nbki.jpg http://i1161.photobucket.com/albums/...pso0jy6rhh.jpg She doesn't want to breed anymore.
