My purple sunfire female makes a very quiet tsst noise every once and awhile. Almost sound like when a human has a hair in their nose. Doesn't sound like a deep respiratory issue, more like a tsst. Very quiet. Should I worry or is it just dust or bad shed in her nose. Thanks for any and all help. I searched Google and YouTube. RI seems way more severe than the quiet noise she makes.
