    New Breeders
Hi all, I just picked up a pair of new breeders (Het OG female and Enchi Het OG male) on Friday, 11-21-14. They rode in the truck for about an hour and a half before being put into their new tubs. Both took a meal on Sunday, 11-23-14. How long should I wait until I introduce the male to the female? Is the standard acclimation period of a week sufficient? Since they've already eaten is that a green light?

I'm not in any hurry just curious.

You will want to quarantine them first.

They've been quarantined in their own room. Both came from the same place so they're in the same room together.

If I feed on Sunday then Tuesday evening I put the male in with the female. Thursday evening (or later if he's got her locked up) he goes back to his enclosure... unless I saw them lock earlier and they've separated, then he goes back to his home. Make sense?

That makes perfect sense. Thank you.
