For those of you who have adults.
How do you interact with them?
Haha i know dumb question. With the ball pythons or hog island boa (juvi ) i usually let them sit on my lap or hang out in my pony tail.
I know with an adult, keep my tiny 8lb dogs away. Size of a damn small rabbit. Pictures welcome.

Extended interactions usually end up with me watching them climb around in some of my smaller trees. Make sure they aren't within the snake's length of a larger tree or you're going to be climbing yourself.

Haha they are awesome! That makes sense. You can "hang" out with bigger snakes much.

What size carpet are you asking about?

Adult is somewhat vague as there is some size variation amongst the various sub species.

I have a younger coastal that may or may not reach the size of the parents at 9.5 feet, but for the most part even a large/long carpet is far less bulky than a boa constrictor (mainland BCI/BCC).

They are a bit more active in my experience, so as stated above, let them climb!

I usually build some type of chair and stool jungle gym, turn on the TV and watch the snake and the TV.

Short answer is YES you can "hang" with carpets!

    Here is some outdoor fun.

If you are thinking of getting a carpet I'd highly recommend it!
