    Cay caulker Boa
Hey guys, I know this isn't BP related, but I am looking to get into Boa's, and had read that Cay Caulker Boa's were good ones to start with.

So I found one for sale locally, but don't want to buy it until I know more about the husbandry and care of the animal.

I can't seem to find much online as far as their care goes. I did join the Red Tail Boa forum, but was wondering if anyone had any information, or other forums that could be of use to me?

Or if you have experience with this type of boa, please share below!

    Thank you! :)

I'm honestly so excited :) From what I've read and heard, boas in general are more active and a lot better feeders, is that right? I've never even heard of Sonorans, lol. I'm new to boas and only really know about the Red tails, sand boas, and the cay caulkers.

    But thank you! :D

I just got my Cay Caulker a few weeks ago and I can say they are my favorite snake I've ever had. They have so much personality compared to other snakes and he is super gentle. I keep mine exactly like any other BCI.

Here's some pictures of mine and set up
