    Uth using with stat Help pls !!!

    Trust your thermometer. What feels warm to a human is usually way to hot for a reptile. It should never feel hot to the touch to you.

    Use the temp gun on your own fingertips. They won't feel warm to you either, but will be around 90 degrees. :please:

    The surface of the glass should be 90.

    97.5 is too hot.

    Ok thanks I will drop it down and wait alil and see what the glass temp is at so I kno what to keep the tstat set at haven't had my snake in his tank yet took him out so I can get them temp right first

    Got it set right now tstat set at 98 which is making the glass surface read 89-91 thanks for the help
