Has anybody tried using shredded paper for a substrate for a bp? Give me your thoughts. I know people use newspaper, but I'm wondering if shredded paper would be ok. My concern is about the ink bleeding or possibly cuasing some sort of problem.

    What about magazine pages?

I'm doing a bit of cleaning and wondering if I can do anything useful with this stuff before I throw it out.

I could recycle it, if I could find a recycling center for magazines and shredded paper.
