My BP is...squishy?

Today when I got home from work, I checked on my ball python, Eden. I haven't handled her since she ate a small rat about 2 days ago. I noticed she was in shed so I picked her up to inspect her and see how she was feeling and she instantly wrapped around my hand like normal and got active. However I noticed that her usually taught and muscular stomach was very pudgy and squishy... almost like she could be bloated... Is this something to be concerned about?

Why? Particularly, why are you soaking her?

If you're worried about humidity levels, make her a humid hide, but you don't need to soak her every day.

I heard it helps them poop and makes them feel better. We fill a small container with water and supervise them while they swim for about 10 minutes. Her cage has wire mesh windows on the top and sides and a plastic clear front for viewing. She has Aspen for bedding and a log hide
