another question regarding this, do you guys that have this enclosure prefer the florescent lights they sell with the units or do you use some other lighting? Right now in my glass enclosure im using LED strip lights but for my ap enclosure i was gunna move these over and possibly add blue ones for night time viewing. any suggestions or thoughts would be appricated.

I like the fluorescent lights that come with the enclosure because AP predrilled all of the holes and put the screws in so it looks very neat. Although you might be able to save some money with the led strips and make them look neat depending how you decide to mount them.

well even with the fluorescent lights i could still do the blue in there, just kind of debating it still because the extra heat from the lights would help since im in wisconsin and its cold. im thinking i might just order it with the lights..

just tryin to get everything ordered, going to order my t-8 tomorrow with divider and no lights(going LED way), im going to use the full enclosure for my 1 BP right now but once i get another one coming i will install the divider, for the RHP should i just put a 40w centered on both sides so when i do get the other one i can just pop the divider in? this would mean my hotspot would be in the middle location where the divider will go, and both ends as cooler spots, will this work?

I used a little hand saw and just widened that air flow slat for each side of my divided T8. Worked good. I also used the LED light kit....(which I love) instead of purchasing light from ap.
