Need help with THG heat tape ASAP!!!

Can i cut the reptile basics THG heat tape everywhere between the black lines?

i know sit has black dots in the sides every 1ft to cut it
but i want to cut it like 1.5 ft i want to make sure i can cut it anywhere between the lines
