Rescue Dragon

This is Pepper. She was purchased as a male dragon named Stumpy because she is missing both left feet. She was being kept in a 10 gallon tank on crushed walnut with no UVB light.

Awww poor baby, she's so thin. Thank goodness you rescued her, I can't wait to see how she progresses :) keep us updated.

She looks so much better - and I love that hammock! So cute!

I see a lot of bearded dragons as adults that are being neglected simply because the owners have no idea how to care for them, so I try to encourage people to adopt or rescue an adult instead of buying a baby. :) Pepper has an incredible amount of energy after only a few weeks, so I am sure she will continue to do well.
