Just Weird - anyone else?

My King Snake, who is a little over a year started getting nasty a few months ago. She was also furiously hungry. I started feeding her more often and two hoppers at a time. I just wanted to keep her full. I started putting on my riding gloves to take her out. I highly recommend because she could just bite me and I would feel nothing and they are thin. So, she goes into shed and I leave her be but still feed her. She sheds but is still super pissy. Then a a few days later sheds again. I know what you may be thinking, I missed some of the first shed. This second one you can actually see the eye caps to the tip of the tail. I mean one major long piece so I know it was twice. Since then, she has calmed down and is eating half. She won't eat the second hopper. I don't know if there is something wrong with her or if something was wrong and now it is better. Thoughts?
