Does the belly heat option mean it comes with a built in heating sourse? And how do you turn it on? How hot does it go to? Can you control how hot it gets? And is it on both sides of the cage?

Probably questions to email to them, lol. I can't say for sure. I have no experience with them. I'd probably guess that yeah it means they throw in the heat source(most likely heat tape). I think heat tape is just plugged in. Not sure. Not sure how hot it gets, but I'm sure you could control it with a thermostat. And I'm sure they'd put it so it'd heat the cage nicely.

It has heat cable run along 1/3 of the bottom.
You have to get a T-stat to control it.
AP recommends something like a Helix

I have the T11 w/ heat and I have it hooked up to a Helix DBS1000 and it works great. I have mine set on 92 degrees. Because my cage is large ( 4'x2'x18") I also have over head heat lights.

    Hope this helps!

    Retained eye cap question
Heat light w/ a 75 watt black light bulb. i also use one on the warm side.
Temps stay 91-93 on the floor of the warm w/ an ambient of 82-85 and 80-83 on cool side w/ humidity around 50-55
