How long to wait 1st feed?
I just got my 2nd snake, but my 1st ball python last night. It's 80 grams. I'm not sure how long to wait to try and feed. I've been leaving him alone.
My other snake is a corn and pretty much eats on command whatever I give him. I've heard balls can be picky. Thanks,

For people who are beginning I always recommend 1 week to settle, no handling during that first week and than feed.

Also make sure your husbandry is optimum (cage size, hides, temps, etc)

This! Leave it alone, allow it to settle and then feed.

And make sure you know what it was feeding on and give it the same thing. Get a couple meals in it then switch if you want.
