Is there any reason that using dehydrated food (re-hydrated thoroughly of course) to feed your bearded dragon would be bad?

I think id be worried about maybe possible lack of nutrients?
I know some people will offer that, but continue to feed greens as well.

Yeah that's what I was worried about, I didn't know if someone had any info on that. I'm trying to find some nutritional comparisons between fresh and re-hydrated vegetables. I like to powder some fruit and vegetables and then mix them with water to make my blue tongue skink some 'smoothies' sometimes. It's just handy to keep the dried ones on hand. So If I can get some info on the nutritional differences (if there are any or enough to matter) that would be great. :)

Okay so what I found is that dehydrating at high temperatures can lose vitamins A and C. But I also read that bearded dragons do not really need additional vitamin A and it can actually be over-done and cause a toxicity problem, and that the vitamin C levels needed for bearded dragons are un-known.
