New clutch has hatched and shed
    Hello everybody,

This is my first clutch this year and I would like to get your opinions on what I have. The pairing was a 1.0 lesser pewter to a 0.1 fire. I had 5 eggs (1 was a boob egg that had a deformed hatchling inside on day 55). Out of the 4 good eggs, here is what I hatched:

I'm just having difficulty determining what the top two are. I think they are fire lessers. Not sure if pastel is involved. Can anybody shed some input into what morphs the top 2 are?

Do you have a head shot of the snake in the second pic? A side by side pic of the first two would help. Personally I see a nuclear in the first pic and a pastel lesser in the second, not 100% without more pics though.

Sorry it took me awhile to get the pics. Finally got two of the four hatchling to eat tonight. Hope these pics with head shots will give me more of a definitive answer on what they are.

First one to me looks like a fireflylesser or lesser fire, second one to me looks like a pastel lesser,
Third one maybe cinnamon and the forth cinnamon fire maybe?

Trying to tell what the first two are is very challenging for me. When looking at them, what made you decide lesser fire and pastel lesser? Just trying to figure out the subtleties of each gene an dhow to differentiate them when combined. Also I was thinking the one cinnamon had a little extra something to it, but wasn't sure. Your post confirmed what I was thinking. Thanks!

Well, the first two are definitely lesser plus something going by the blushing and color. If the second gene was pastel, I would expect the head blushing to be multiple shades lighter/brighter than a single gene lesser. Instead, the blushing is just slightly lighter than I would expect with a single gene lesser and there is a noticeable head stamp. You dont see a head stamp with a lot of lessers or pastels (just the blushing), but it is a very common trait in fires. My conclusion is the first two are both lesser fires, no pastel in either.

    Lesser Fires. No Pastel.
