That's my first thought when I saw the picture. Not an expert, but I'd say yes. Very nice looking too.
Hopefully someone with more XP can verify.

no, Lampropeltis pyromelana have a white nose. Lampropeltis zonata have a black nose as do many of the Lampropeltis triangulum subspecies.
