bubbles out the mouth

Just picked up a water monitor from the Sacramento reptile expo a few hours ago and when I got home noticed that bubbles out the side of his mouth and one of his nostrils are clogged. Not sure if it's shed or what. Will it come out and what should I do about the bubbles coming out of his mouth? I will go back there tomorrow if I have to to get my money back. I won't say companys name cause I'm not into bashing.

Yeah I do. I called them and they said cause he was cold. To let him heat up over night and see what happens. If theirs no change I'm taking him back tomorrow to either get my money back or a healthy one. Out I forgot to post a pix. Lol. Here's my little guy. I'll get a better one once he's settled in and sure he's healthy.
