    Quick strike !
#ShedWatch finally ended :gj: Tuesday morning I found a snake turd in the water bowl and shed strewn about the enclosure. Wasn't a clean shed so I took William S Burrows out, let him soak in warm water while I cleaned the tank and props and replaced the coconut husk.
Then on Wednesday, decided to see if he was ready for a rat pup. One week from previous feeding. He must have caught scent of the rodent while I was thawing it because by the time I brought it close he seemed keyed up and ready to go.

I was so anxious waiting for the first shed since I brought him home, which seemed to take forever. But after this quick feeding response, feel a lot better. Healthy appetite and good strike. And after downing the RP, Mr Burrows spend a good 20+ minutes looking around for another. Think I'm going to increase schedule from once per week and try feeding him again in 5 days.

Yes I know that hide is way too big but he really likes it, and I've never seen him go into the smaller one beside it. He curls up tight way in the back 1/3 of it and really likes to check things out by poking only his head out the entry.

Fantastic feed response. I keep meaning to set up my camera for a slow mo shot of Nagini, but I never remember in time. Looks like a sweet snake, and I gotta say, I'm digging the name. (pun fully intended)
