Thickness when full grown?

I realize that this may differ widely, but I've several people ask me how big around (circumfrence) bp's get when fully grown. I know how roughly how long they can get, but I don't have any idea how thick they can end up getting. So, how thick do they end up getting? Give me a range, or just tell me how thick your adult bp's are.

I have heard they, when full grown and female, they will be about as big around as a coke can.

ive seen bigger girth on my friends! its like the girth of one of those liter of cokes! and its like 6 years old

Just like length, girth can vary according to the animal and how it's been fed. It's not uncommon to have a girth of 9" or so in circumference.

Marla, is that more likely to be male or female?

It's just a reasonable guesstimate for girth of a 4'-ish bp of either gender. Females would be more likely to be fed more to be stockier.
