Was she sold to you as a normal? If so then chances are that is what she is. That being said, she is a good looking girl with nice bright coloration. Thanks for sharing.

Im a newb so dont take my word for it but she looks too bright for a normal to me.Look at the faded head too. Maybe a pastel?
