Re: he drops in his water
Not sure what he is climbing on to get up there. Maybe remove it, at least for a while.

He uses the top of his hide then go towards the inside corner and comes out from there he snakes along the top until he drops...oh he is using his temp. Dials he is just barely hanging on there and just keeps going til he falls. I saw his tail come off the ground this morning then he fell..thats when I got the camera...had to record the goofy snake...

Also, since temp dials attached way up there (they look pretty far above the substrate) aren't very good at measuring the temperature at snake-level, you could move them lower, closer to the floor.
PS. Those temp dials are notoriously inaccurate. You might also consider replacing them with a probe-based thermometer that sits on the substrate. This might help keep your snake from climbing the walls!

I will have to try that..it will give him something else to play on too.

Hes good I check his temp several times a day with laser and probe...i could take them out..jsut like comparing the two.

Great! Nice redundancies in your system. Hopefully lowering or removing those dials keeps him from trying to be a high-flying acro-ball.
