    What is this?!
We hatched this weird little guy today.
The pairing was Normal female to Lesser and Black Pastel. We got 3 Lessers, two Normals and this guy.
It's the one on the far right, next to a Normal and a Lesser. Any idea WTH that is?:)

It took a little longer than the others to crawl out, it was kinda slow at first but really picked itself up and now it looks just fine. It weighed in at 57 g.
    Anyone?

Was the female a virgin? If not, what was she paired last with and could it be retained sperm? It almost looks like a het red axanthic or a granite. If there is no logical explanation, then I would grow it up and breed it back to mom or dad depending on its gender

    No, she's old and experienced:)
She was paired to a bumblebee or Mojavebee last year.

Still not seeing this outcome from either of those pairings. Might be something hiding in the weeds. I would hang on to it and breed it back to its parental counterpart and see what comes of it. Pretty cool looking whatever it is. Good luck.

That's definitely the plan:) Good thing she lays around 10 eggs too.
    Thanks!
