    I think he's slightly underweight
Hey guys here's a few pics if my enchi. I think he's a tad underweight.

    Enclosure specs as follows:
    Ambient temp 28-30
    Cage size: 2ft by 1.5ft by 1ft
    Bedding: zoo med aspen shavings

    Snake(Columbus) specs: 2ft+ in length
Weight: haven't gotten a updated weight as yet. Busted scale
    Last fed: 5th sep

As a side note he has been eating irregularly the past few months. About 10 days between meals

    Here are the pics

What do you guys think? Underweight or am I just being paranoid?

    Cheers!

He looks a bit peckish, maybe. Is he refusing feed or just not getting offered regularly? A vet checkup couldn't hurt, especially if he's refusing, and they could weigh him for you.

Is he a newly acquired snake or have you had him for a while? The only reason I ask is that he looks like an adult bp, and if he's male he may just be fasting since the weather is cooling down and this is usually when bps begin to stop feeding. Once you get a weight on him keeping monitoring his weight. Even if he hasn't eating in months he should only lose a a little bit of weight. My male has fasted for up to 6months and didn't lose much at all. Keep us updated on him. He doesn't look to thin to me at all.

    Thanks for the replies guys.

Archimedes- He gets offered food every 3-5 days. Only of late (a month back) has he been fasting.

Alexis- he still quite young when I got him from the pet store in March he was about 3mths so he's only 8 months plus old.

Yeah will keep monitoring him. It's a bit worrying as he used to be my best eater.
