What pattern do these rat babies have?
The mother has a black head, with tiny spots that break away from it on the right side of her neck, and she was bred to an albino. But looking up hooded rats, I read that they have to have a solid stripe going down their backs and ending at the base of their tails. So what are these little ones? Some of them have spots going down their backs, some of them look more like their mom. Any ideas on what I should call their color patterns?

Okay, thank you for getting back to me. XD So they are hooded rats, I had a hunch but I wasn't entirely sure. Somany patterns have me confused like the Hooded and Capped rats.

The guy all the way on the left looks like a bareback.

Bareback are just hooded with no markings on the back. :)

I just had a litter where everyone looks like the the "bareback". So cute I cant feed them off, ok I can but I am going to keep some good examples because they look like great specimens.
