    i want one!!! :( not fair! my mom wont let me have another snake. owell, maybe when i move out. but till then, it doesnt hurt researching. got some questions. how big adult size do they get? i heard 6-7ft. do they eat rabbits? hows the temps/humidity? their really beautiful snakes, and im really starting to like them, anyone have some pics?

    im not sure on the size exactly, but im pretty sure they dont get girthy enought to eat rabbits.

    they are nice looking snakes though



    and, i think that they have a good temperment, but im not sure, never had one

    Hey, this is a slightly old post, but the December 2004 issue has a bunch of articles on Dumeril's boas.

    Btw, I've heard 4 to 6 feet, usually around 5.
    They come from madgascar.
