2 Months and 300 Dollars Later... [Pic Heavy]
Well, I caught the Ball Python bug a few months back and I've been slowly buying everything I need to set up a proper display terrarium. A little out of this paycheck, a little out of that one, until finally I'm just about done!

Here's the tank in its entirety! I'm planning on throwing some more something right in the middle to clutter it up a little more and break the line of sight a little more, but I don't have the money for it right now so it'll have to be a little later! The reason that the top isn't covered at all is that (so far), I've been getting steady humidity readings of 60-65, and that's without any water in the bowl! So I'm waiting to see if it'll keep those kinds of readings all week, and how much the water bowl ends up affecting it.

    From the outside:

And from the inside so that there's no pesky glare!

And last but not least, the sides of the tank! I used a textured stone spraypaint for it so that the inside would kind of look like polished black marble, and that the outside would have texture to it. I think I did a pretty good job!

I have the same cave hide, mine loves it. I like the stump too. Might have to go get my girl one!

Looking sharp, can't wait to see what's going in it.

Not quite yet, but that's intentional! I've gotta wait for my next paycheck to get in before I can afford anything.

Luckily, that gives me time to make sure my temps and humidity are both stable and it gives me time to keep shopping around until I find the snake that I fall in love with! With my (smallish) budget right now, I'm looking at maybe a Super Pastel or a Mojave. GHIs are my favourite, but I can't quite afford one right now!

Kudos for getting your setup squared away before getting the snake. I really like the textured spray paint as well... never seen that!
