Need some advice about my hairless rats babies and her

Okay so my Hairless Rat had 8 babies about 6 days ago, birth on the 23rd, anyway she is looking skinny, and usually they look plump with milk, but she doesnt, but the Babies look kinda healthy there starting to get some color to them because there not totally hairless they have a patch from head mid way down, i have a 6 tub rack and this is the first time ive noticed a skinny lactating mother but im not sure if its something i should be concerned about or what,

if it is something what should i do, give them cheese or something cuz of the dairy, im feeding them food that looks like mazuri pellets and its designed for rats not mice im told

i couldnt find out how to edit, but i just went and checked on her and i took my auto watering system that i just installed like 6 days ago, and i pulled it out and just made some water come out on an empty part of the Cage with out any bedding and she drank it for a while so that leads me to believe that she doesnt know how to use the Automatic watering system so i but both a water bottle and the copper nipple, im gonna put a bowl in there in a bit too

Hairless rats are generally poor nursers. If you can foster the babies out to rats that have hair. Give the hairless mother yogurt and other high fat foods, fruits and vegies, maybe some nuts if you want to let her nurse them.

I often give my skinny moms the regular rodent chunks soaked in Ensure. It helps immensely.

My hairless moms have actually done quite well. Only once have I felt the need to give mom a bowl of the soaked food.

I heard strawberry Ensure was best but mine prefer the vanilla!
