    Hello!
Hey everybody! I got my first ball last October and I've been browsing this forum since. I found a lot of great advice here and I finally decided to register.

Anyway, here is a pic of Memphis when I first got him:

    And a more recent picture:

And that's it for now! :)

He looks good! Nice and thick, and welcome to the site. What made you switch from Eco earth it looks like? To the bark?

Thanks! I switched mostly because there was a problem one time while feeding. The f/t mouse was wet and got dragged around the bedding a bit by the snake (it was one of his first feedings so I guess he didn't really know how to properly eat yet :D), and some Eco Earth got stuck on the mouse. After getting the mouse down his throat, Memphis was left with mouth full of bedding and almost choked on it! It was pretty scary, he was dragging his head around on the floor and after a while he started shaking his head and neck, so eventually I figured he won't be able to get it out by himself and I had to help him get the stuff out of his mouth. I had no such problems after I switched and I hope it stays this way (knocking on wood)! :)

Eco earth is great stuff!, i would suggest feeding him in a feeding box, you won't have to worry about the Snake choking on bedding!. I'm new here also so hello!

I don't like the idea of feeding him out of his enclosure, I don't know for sure but in my opinion it's unnecessary stress for a snake to move him around before/after he eats... thanks for the suggestion tho! :)
