    I saw Slipknot in Buffalo last month, and they really put on a fun show. They're really energetic and loud! But I really went to see Slayer, who opened up for them. Slipknot is a TAD immature for me, kinda geared toward teens I think, but it was a fun show.

    Yeah definitely enjoyed Slayer both shows this summer - with that number of members I expected a whole lot more from Slipknot - two bands' worth even. DevilDriver was also damn good - though much better doing a full set opening for Opeth than the abbreviated stuff you could get via OzzFest. I was kind of blown away by the massive crowd reaction to Lacuna Coil (in a good way).
