    what's best for my bp
In your opinion which is better for my bp. Frozen/thawed or live? How often do they shed? How often do I change the water in its cage? I might have more questions later. It's my first bp. So.i'm new at this.

For new keepers, f/t (in my opinion) is easier to feed and is better for the snake. Live can fight back potentially harming the snake. How often they shed depends on how old the snake is and how much/often it's being fed. My 1 yr old ball python sheds about once every 6 weeks, while being fed once a week. I would top off the water as needed and change the water every 2-3 days.
    Hope this helps.:D

There is no definite answer to the first question, it all comes down to your preference, or more importantly the snakes preference. If they take f/t then that is great. If you do feed live then you never leave the rodent in with your snake unattended. How often they shed depends on their size, and how often you feed them, and what size rodents you feed them. As far as water, I make sure mine have fresh water every day.
