Bearded dragon diet?

Can someone suggest a specific diet to try for my 15 inch female bearded dragon the bugs she eats are roaches. I want like a weekly schedule like what to feed Monday Tuesday ect... She will eat anything you give her.

There's a list of foods that are good for bearded dragons, but you might have to make up the scheduling of when to feed what. According to that page, feeding protein matter once a day followed by plant matter is all you need. Hope this helps.
