Sterilite tubs and lights

Hey guys! I'm constructing a new enclosure for a new snake I'm going to be picking up next week.

Here's what I have so far...

I plasti dipped the sides, bottom, and the back black to make it look a little more fancy and give it the ap cage look. Don't worry, there's plenty of holes for ventilation.

I would like to get some sort of lighting to keep it lit up during the day, being that 75% of the tub is black it's sorta dark in there. A uth and thermostat will be my heat source just so everyone knows lol

I wanna get a florescent light fixture but I tried to cut a rectangle out of the lid and it didn't work out too well. So I went and got another lid. Any ideas? Or should I just peel the plasti dip off?
