Ok I have sent in my Photo entries twice by e-mail now I waited several days for them to be submitted in to their respective folders ... There are other photos showing up now ... but still not mine I did recieve confirmation notices both times that the photos were entered.... but still not in the contest entries folders

That is true. NO new photos are being added to the contest folders at the moment until we can get something sorted out with the host. You do not need to submit again to have your photos listed in this month's contest just as soon as we are able to do it. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hey, my contest entry that is in the folder now is actually the one I submitted from last month's contest. (August bpom, the one in my avatar.) I submitted a different one for September. But that's okay. You can run that one again if you want... :)

The few pics currently in the folder were merely placed there as part of a test - all emailed entries are still safe secure and set to go. Jeane will be populating the folders of the course of the next day and all will be good to go! Appreciate everyone hanging tight and sometimes in a holding pattern while we get a number of issues resolved but be assured the contests will go on.

We will have to rewrite the instructions for submissions for the contest to be more clear that folks REALLY REALLY need to include in there the user name under which the entry is being submitted - I'd guess that almost half the entries this month lacked that indentification. I will have to go back and email those for clarification. Thanks to Jeanne for getting the ball rolling.
