Incubation medium. What do you use?
What medium do you use to incubate your ball python eggs?
Re: Incubation medium. What do you use?
Substraless incubation (light diffuser and perlite or vermiculite)

What I most often hear is vermiculite and perlite.

I actually use just water under light diffuser, works wonders.

Ditto. I do put a layer of plastic canvas on top of the light diffuser just in case a really tiny baby pops out, I don't want it falling through the light diffuser.

I breed primarily breed carpets, once they pip I put them on damp paper towels cause it would be my luck that they all drown!

You go to Home Depot and get it. Looks like thishttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/05/a2a6u9yp.jpg it's the white grid looking thing on the vermiculite. This is from 2 yrs ago, this last yr I did strictly water and it worked out great!
