gravid question

How long is a female Gravid before laying eggs. Trying to find out if my male locked with her or if the guy I got her from paired her and didn't tell me. I've had her for a month.

Roughly 50 days after they ovulate

If you've only had her for a month why did you put a male to her? She should still be in QT.

I don't have them in the same tank. They are only around each other when I take them outside. I know better then to put a new bp I know nothing about in the same tank with mine. Plus only having her for a month I now know it wasn't mine who paired with her sence it takes roughly 50 days.

Sorry if I sounded snappy in my last comment. I take my snakes out daily unless two days after the eat or in shed. That's the only time she was around my other snakes. I have five all together. Two albinos which are paired and three normals. Two of the normals are paired. The other one which was told was a male came out to be a Gravid female is in qt but I don't lock her down from being outside sense I let the others out. And being new at the breeding process I didn't know how long it takes snakes to lock. Just cause she Gravid doesn't mean I paired her. So don't assume please. She was Gravid when I got her. I just didn't know.
