Beardie Shedding

    Heyy, my beardie is starting to shed. Just wondering how long it will take for it all to come off, I already put him/her a bath, is there anything eles i can do?

    Takes about a week for my adults to finish a shed. I make sure to mist them twice a day when in shed and give them a daily soak. just check the tail and toes to make sure all has been shedded from those spots.

    Thanks for the good advice; my beardie looks to be getting lighter in his coloration; does this mean a shed is coming?

    Yeah that was a while ago, I have boguht 2 more scnece then, the amount of work compared to one is unbelievable. Its great.

    I house my 3 females together and the males in their own tanks. 2 of my Females are old enough to bread and 1 of my males is ready to go, but I am moving in dec and do not want to travel with a gravid female or have eggs to worrie about so I keep them apart.
