Bp age and plastic tub size.
What would it be the right size of plastic tub according to the age of a bp? http://ball-pythons.net/forums/image...JNVLf-cFC9.png I found two nice sizes of sterilite containers today at the home depot. 28L (58.4cm X 41.3cm X 15.2cm) and 33L (62.2 X 41.1 X 18.1). would it be ok if I keep a baby bp in the 28L container until it turns 1… 1 1/2 years old and then change him to a bigger tub. http://ball-pythons.net/forums/image...JNVLf-cFC9.png I will keep him with the right husbandry inside a rack. http://ball-pythons.net/forums/image...sJgViksqMA.png

    thank you very much guys.

31 liters is 29.5 quarts which is fine for balls well into growth reaching adulthood... then MetLife to 41 quarts.

Age has nothing to do with it.
    Size/Weight does.

I use 3 sizes of tubs, shoebox, sweater, and under the bed sizes. There's not a perfect weight or age to move them, I really just go by how they look. Though, typically at 1 year to 1.5 years they can be moved up to a sweater tub. And from there 2 to 2.5 years they get moved into a breeder tub. Some of my males and smaller females stay in the sweater tub rack for a while longer.
