Yeah, happened to me last year. Luckily I had a web cam on them and got to see some scrambled movement letting me know they were out of the eggs. The good news is that it will be super cool to get home and see all of them huddled together for the first time! Congrats!

I'm gone for work for multiple days at a time. My girlfriend has had the fun of cutting more eggs than me this season.
