My feeding regiment for Amber has been really random lately. Over the last few weeks, she has basically followed a pattern. She'll refuse a rat, and a couple days later I'll give her a mouse to make sure she's still eating (she's growing lengthwise so she stays pretty thin). Then I'll offer a p/k rat after that, which she'll usually take. Well last time I tried that, she turned it down. So I froze the rat and gave her a live mouse a day later. So last night I decided to thaw the frozen rat and offer it to her, just to see what happens. She nails it. She went from live mouse to frozen rat. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience like this. I suppose a variety in their diet isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I dont want to confuse her or have her stop eating.
