    Urgent... dehydrated snakes!!
    A friend of mine who is a LEO just got two bps rescued from a house search; He told me that they were housed in a ten gallon aquarium with no water (for who knows how long) and he said that they were in the corner of the room with feet and feet of garbage that he guesses would have taken a couple of weeks to a month to accumulate. What is the best way to start hydrating these babies with out making them sick? and would electrolytes added to water help? Thank you so much.

    If it were me I would get them in a tub with a bowl large enough to soak in if they desire. Then I would leave them be and let them figure out what they need.

    I have them both in a tub together for the night and gave them a dish of water and they both went crazy for it, so I pulled it out for awhile and then give it to them for awhile then repeat.. Is this a good idea?
