I signed this a while ago. Granted it doesnt get rid of the vemonoid butchery all together, but it does take a huge step to insure that the animals this surgery is being done to have the best care possible.

I guess I'll give this topic a bump up. Signed the petition. That type of procedure should only be done by a licensed professional.
