Ok I'm getting ready to do a rubbermaid/sterilite setup for my baby ball and have a few questions before I get the supplies and set up. What would be a good size? I'll be using a human heat pad so do I also need a heat lamp also? If I don't need a lamp then do I need to put holes in the top or just the sides? How many on each side for the size of tub you recommended? If the humidity gets to high what should I do? And I know there is so much talk about the temps and humidity which I'm somewhat confused, can you tell me what they should be on the warm side and the cool side. I'm sure I will have several more questions in the future, so thank you so much for your patience and answers.

We've got a pretty darn good DIY up in the DIY section: http://www.ball-pythons.net/modules....rtid=27&page=1 . That should answer most of you questions :)

Quick summary: 56 qt. Sterilites are a good size until the snake is 3 ft. or so, you may need a heat lamp if your ambient (room) temps tend to be below mid-70s, put the holes in the sides -- low on warm side and high on cool side, and either make more holes or change water dishes if the humidity gets too high.
