How Long Does Scale Rot take to develop?
I went away for the weekend and it looked like my snake was going into shed. So I misted her cage quite a bit because she looked like shed was going into a deep shed. When I came back today I found no shed and she still looked a little dull. I inspected her along with my other animals and noticed little brown spots on some of her scales. Could it develop from friday to now? I think she likes her cage a bit dry when she sheds.:D:D:snake::snake:

I think you need to post pictures before anyone can help.
Re: How Long Does Scale Rot take to develop?
Doesn't scale rot usually take over a large area of the skin? I might be wrong but I always thought scale rot presented in rather large patches, generally along the ventral side.
Does that sound right?

It takes a while to pop up - usually a few weeks of near-swampy conditions before you start seeing the scales getting funky.
Without pics it's hard to say if your snake in particular has scale rot, but unless you kept her in semi-aquatic conditions right before she shed, it is unlikely she developed scale rot after just a couple days of higher humidity.
